Yes, that's me — Kailas Pramodh

Leading UX research and design systems at enterprise scale — and using AI to build systems that adapt to people, turning legacy complexity into products they trust.

As a principal‑level UX architect and product design leader, I align business strategy, design systems, and engineering reality to ship experiences that scale across platforms and teams — increasingly powered by my Agentic Design Systems (ADS) framework.

Kailas Pramodh

Profile

My work sits at the intersection of UX research, design systems architecture, and enterprise platform strategy. Currently working as a UX researcher and service-blueprint expert at JPMorgan Chase, I move comfortably from greenfield product definition to refactoring legacy ecosystems — always grounding decisions in mixed-methods research, information architecture, and accessibility. I started out as a developer, so I build alongside the team as readily as I research and strategize.

Over 20 years I have led UX for Fortune 500 platforms, complex B2B tools, and high-growth products — partnering with executives, product owners, and engineering leadership to translate ambiguous problem spaces into scalable, measurable outcomes.
